1.-Can Alphas be used with 24v thermostats? Yes.
2.- Do Alphas have WIFI connectivity? NO. If you want WIFI now, you'll need to use a 24v thermostat with WIFI capability.
3.- Do Alphas come with a remote control? yes.
4.- Do alphas come with a wired thermostat? Yes.
5.-Do Alphas have heating resistors, or are they sold separately? We sold them separately.
6.- Can I change the position of the indoor unit of the Alpha? Yes, but some adjustments need to be made in the installation.
7.- Can I use the Alpha's indoor unit with an outdoor unit from another brand? It's possible if you use a 24v thermostat in both units and adjust the dip switches accordingly.
8.- Can I use the Alpha's outdoor unit with an indoor unit from another brand? It's possible if you use a 24v thermostat in both units and adjust the dip switches accordingly.
9.- Will I lose functions if I use a 24v thermostat instead of the original one? No, but there are some thermostats that could remove some functionality.
10.- If I use a 24v thermostat, do I need to do anything to the equipment to make it work? Yes, you need to move 1 to 3 dip switches depending on the connection mode and wait at least 3 minutes after powering on the equipment for it to start working.
11.- Does any alpha have a pump? Indoor unit have a condensation pump.
12.- Do the unit come with additional refrigerant? Yes, it comes with a pre charge for 25 feet of line set.
13.-what is the minimun length in line set for a ventus Alpha? For any ventus Alpha the minimum length in line set is 10 ft less than that could damaged the compressor and/or make the unit produce loud and strange sounds.
