1.- Are units from Series A and B compatible? Yes.
2.- Can I use a thermostat with a wall-mounted Multizone unit? Not conventionally, but with electronic devices like the Cielo Breez Eco Smart AC Controller, you can control it as if it were a thermostat.
3.- Can I install WIFI on a Multizone unit? Just in wall mounted units. In other units(cassettes and duct-type) not conventionally, but with electronic devices like the Cielo Breez Eco Smart AC Controller with WIFI option, you can do it.
4.- Can I use a thermostat with Ductype units? Yes, but it should be the one we sell. Another option is to use Cielo Breez.
5.- Can I use a thermostat with Cassette units? Yes, but it should be the one we sell. Another option is to use Cielo Breez.
6.- Are the connection cables for Ductype and Caset units sold separately, or is there a part number? No.
7.- Can Ventus X and Multizone units be used together? No.
8.- Can I install indoor units that exceed the value of BTU of the outdoor units? Yes, but there are a table that have the regular combinations that you may use but generally if you exceed the outdoor unit by 2000 or 3000 BTUs there is no problem. There is a table that could explain possible combinations.
9.-Is there a minimum indoor units that I can use with my outdoor? Yes, 2 in all outdoor units from multizone family from 27,000 BTU’s a bigger for the 18,000 BTU’s Could work with 1 indoor alone.
10.- Can I use the Ventus X control, magnum, aurum on Multizone? No.
11.- Can I use the Ventus 16 and Ventus 19 on Multizone? Yes
12.- If I get an IR signal device and can't find the signal for Multizone or HVAC Mirage, what can I do? You should use the "Learn" or "Quest" mode, as it generally resolves the problem.
13.- Does the cassette or duct type indoor units have a condensation pump? Yes, both.
14.- Did the cassette and/or duct type have a second drain? No, they have a pump and a water level sensor, so they don’t need a secondary drain.
15.- What comes whit the indoor unit? Just the wall mounted comes with line sets (1 pipe for gas and 1 pipe for liquid), a small drain hose and, all indoors have a remote.
16.- Do the outdoor unit come with additional refrigerant? Yes, it comes with a pre charge for 24.6 feet per heat that could be installed in the unit.

18.-what is the minimun length in line set for a ventus Multizone? For any ventus Multizone the minimum length in line set is 10 ft per head, less than that could damaged the compressor and/or make the unit produce loud and strange sounds.
